1. 14-day refunds
If OpticWatch Pro or Integrator is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required.
2. How to request one
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which issues all refunds. Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net, or email [email protected] from your purchase email address and we will arrange it with Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
3. After 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We will consider requests where a technical problem we cannot resolve prevents you from using the edition you bought, and we will always refund an accidental duplicate purchase.
4. What a refund does to the license
When a refund is issued, the license ends. The licensing service stops activating it, issuing certificates for it, providing downloads for it and sending recovery links. Because certificates are verified on your own server, an installation activated before the refund may keep running, but it is no longer licensed to use the paid edition, and you should deactivate it or move to Free. Your data, cameras and history are never deleted by a refund.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve the problem directly. A chargeback ends the license in the same way as a refund.
6. Free
The Free edition costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can try Free before buying a paid edition.
7. Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
